About the opportunity:
A 10 month Legal Counsel and ERC Associate Contract, you will provide crucial legal support to various business units. Reporting to the Director of Legal and Ethics, Risk & Compliance, you will manage contractual negotiations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This role is integral in ensuring optimal positioning for the company in improving access to healthcare.
Duties:
- Provide legal support in contractual negotiations
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Advise management on contract-related risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of legal policies
Skills and Experience:
- 4-6 years PQE in-house healthcare or top-tier law firm
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
