AddressWe are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a variety of legal matters.
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role
- Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ability to provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Membership in the local Bar Association
