About the Role
ABC Legal is seeking Legal Operations Manager to join their team and provide high level overall support and guidance.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel and supporting the legal leadership team, you will be responsible for ABC Legal’s role in contract governance processes in collaboration with stakeholders across the ABC. You'll manage legal processes, including automated services, with a continuous improvement mindset, and ensuring alignment with the ABC’s 5-year plan.
About You
You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record of implementing best practice Legal Operations within in house legal functions.
You are also a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of legal processes, technology, project delivery and business analytics. These skills should be complemented by excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills as well as a practical mindset and drive to just get things done.
