About the Role
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain appointment schedules;
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence;
- Maintain client files, ensuring they are updated and accurately managed;
- Liaising with clients;
- Assist in the preparation for court proceedings and other legal engagements; and
- Conduct legal research as directed.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary;
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
- High proficiency in MS Office and legal database software;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
