The Opportunity: This exciting new Legal PA position will see you providing all facets of administrative support to a team of friendly and supportive Insurance Litigation specialists of a fast-growing Australian law firm. Your daily duties will include but will not be limited to:- Extensive client liaison;
- Preparing court documents and preparing files prior to hearings;
- Coordinating court appearances, meetings, seminars, travel, etc.
- File and email management;
- Billing and time entry;
- Drafting letters.
To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will hold solid experience as a Legal PA and be looking for a long-term opportunity to continue your career in a legal support capacity. To be considered for this role, it is expected that hold a background in a similar capacity, ideally within an Insurance Litigation practice or related area of law.
As the A1 Legal PA that you are, you will possess good typing, formatting, organisation and interpersonal skills. You are polished in your appearance, speak fluent English and hold a desire to succeed in a career legal support role.
