Practice Manager - Outcome Legal
We are currently seeking a Practice Manager on a full-time basis for our growing Castle Hill practice to work alongside management to continue the growth of our firm.
Reporting jointly to the Group CEO and Practice Principal, this versatile role encompasses a broad range of duties which includes HR, marketing, and operations. Some examples of your duties include:
- Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
- Administering realistic time costing goals and billing goals
- Developing and maintaining a suite of practice policies and procedures
- Leading risk management and quality improvement processes
- Assisting in recruitment
- Tracking progress on Leap and provide weekly / monthly reports as required
- Assist with new business development
- Carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
- Carrying out project work to achieve the objectives of management
- General procurement and sourcing of new technologies, equipment and supplies
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- A minimum of 3~5 years' experience working at a law or other professional services firm in a similar role
- Switched-on, deadline driven, results-oriented, and multi-tasking
- Ability to work effectively with all members of the firm
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) skills, and IT/tech savvy (desirable)
- Previous use of Leap an advantage but not essential.
