We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our long established law practice in Hornsby.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a receptionist/admin assistant, preferably in legal, together with excellent computer and communication skills. You will be working as part of a friendly team within a busy office. Our office hours are 8.45am to 5.15.pm Monday to Friday.
Duties will include: greeting clients and answering a busy switchboard; making appointments and entering into electronic diary; ordering of stationary; arranging mail; attending to banking and credit card payments; and other administrative tasks.
Our office is located close to Hornsby Station and we welcome candidates who live locally.
