We are expanding our amazing team and looking for a full-time ‘Director of First Impressions’ to manage our Reception in our Maitland office. The role will be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting our Conveyancing team with administrative support and general office and clerical duties.
You will have a friendly, outgoing, well-spoken, mature approach in directing client enquiries to the appropriate person in the Firm whilst ensuring our clients always feel welcome and cared for.
The successful candidate will be a personable, confident, and self-motivated team player who is looking to work in a growing and busy firm with a supportive and ‘family’ workplace culture.
The position requires the following:
· Experience in customer service and on Reception.
· Excellent communication skills
· High organisation skills
· Be customer service focused
· Be well presented and well-spoken.
