We are a busy, award winning law firm with offices in Gosford, Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong. We are currently looking for a well presented, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Gosford legal practice as a Receptionist.
The position involves a wide variety of office support tasks including:
- Reception duties
- Mail distribution
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Opening and closing files
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills
- Be organised and efficient
- Possess good computer skills and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Be willing to assist all staff members in their day to day activities
- Experience in an office or in a legal environment would be an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate.
