The Role The role is full time and working closely with fee earners in their insurance team. Your position will be extremely busy and varied and will have you:
- Processing monthly billings
- Preparing and amending documents
- Filing and saving documents
- Diary management and organising meetings and room bookings
- Other legal assistant/Legal Secretary duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Experience as a legal assistant in insurance is desirable
- Experience working in a high volume legal filed
- Ability to work to strict and short deadlines
- Ability to process monthly billing
- Hybrid working (3 – 4 days a week from home)
