We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Legal Support and Shared Services team.
About the role
A busy desk from the get go. With candidate and client ownership and training and development that is tailored to your individual needs based on what you are hoping to achieve on the desk both financially and in terms of career progression.
With candidate and client ownership for both temp and perm roles, this Legal Support desk will give you an unmatched opportunity to manage Legal Support candidates in their career journey, from application all the way to post placement, regularly keeping in touch even past probation to build and maintain your network.
- Work on both temp and perm roles for your clients
- Use your creativity - draft & post job ads, LI articles and posts
- Reviewing applications & conduct phone screening calls of candidates
- Interview candidates in person and virtually
- Conduct reference checks
- Conduct detailed recruitment searches utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and our expansive database
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients
- Assist with the planning and running of client and candidate events
- … and most importantly contribute to the office banter!
- 2+ years Recruitment experience (ideally working in the Legal Support, or Business Support space)
- A confident and professional communication style - written & verbal
- An autonomous worker with a team orientated approach
- Ability to efficiently juggle multiple responsibilities
- Pride yourself on building strong professional relationships and a high the level of service to both candidates and clients
- High attention to detail
- Self motivated and ambitious with the ability to think outside the box
- Motivated and career driven
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
