This is a growing company looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Bid and Project Support Officer to join their growing team. Your new role The primary focus of the Officer - Bid and Project Support is to support the business Bids and Projects PMO activities with a particular focus on the coordination and support aspects within the PMO or Project Office.
Administrative support of PMO activities for Bids and Projects in the business
Supporting the development and maintenance of the project management structures and baselines
Provide administrative support for multiple projects involving software development, engineering development and lifecycle support
Data management - maintain a customer records and file management system for each project including correspondence and Project documents
Coordinate the preparation, quality assurance, registration, and delivery of project artefacts to customers, co-contractors and suppliers
Assistance with the production of regular Dashboards, Metrics, Project Status Reports, and CSR reports.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in relevant
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience working with CRM tools desirable
Experience in engineering/customer service
Excellent Customer Service Skills and orientation (reactivity, courtesy, efficiency).
Able to work in highly demanding environments to meet customer deadlines.
Australian citizenship
