Position: Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant

EFT/Hours: 0.6 EFT (48 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status: Permanent Part Time
Salary/ Hourly rate: $28.2816 - $31.0289 plus 11% superannuation
About the Role:
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team in Pioneers Lodge at Numurkah. The Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant works as part of a multidisciplinary team, to support the delivery of care to resident. Under the direction or supervision of the Nurse Unit Manager, the Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant may be required to deliver therapeutic individual or group programs.
What we are looking for:
- Certificate in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Vaccination against Covid-19 and influenza is a mandatory requirement
- Demonstrate knowledge &/or experience of aged care processes
- Ability to facilitate group activities
- Ability to co-ordinate/facilitate volunteer groups
