IT Support Technician (Level 1-2)
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our MSP team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems and software
- Monitor and maintain network security for clients
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of computer systems and software
- Ownership and timely completion of jobs on hand
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions for clients
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field, preferably in an MSP environment
- Proven knowledge and experience in:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self motivated and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with multiple clients and managing client relationships
