We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to provide a high standard of service to enable the effective day to day running of the academy and support our VFA Geelong Team.
An Office Administrator Day can include:
- Reception & Customer Service
- General Administration Tasks
- Financial management
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Compliance Support
- Academy enhancement
About You:
- Exceptional customer service skills including a professional telephone manner and highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Always represent the Academy in a positive and professional manner.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience (Inc. Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Student Management System experience preferred (i.e., VETtrak or similar)
- RTO industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Previous experience in a similar industry highly desired
- Current First Aid Certificate

To be considered you must...
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm onsite at our Geelong campus
