The RoleWe’re on the lookout for a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team, someone who excels in identifying and addressing software and hardware requirements to resolve problems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements, and providing top-notch customer service and technical support through various channels, including calls, emails, support platforms, and in-person interactions if required.
Your ImpactAs an ICT Support Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technical operations and user satisfaction. Your ability to determine software and hardware requirements and provide effective solutions will be critical in addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
You will manage multiple support requests simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and maintaining composure under pressure. Your dynamic communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
Qualifications- Knowledge in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, SAP B1 and Sage.
- Versatile understanding of project methodologies, solution design, and UAT testing process.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying and supporting ERP/CRM systems across various sectors, including manufacturing and wholesale.
- Proficiency in crafting detailed functional and technical documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Diploma degree in accounting, finance, procurement, business administration, or a related field.
- Diploma degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, EA, or ERP certifications) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management processes.
- Strong understanding of how to manipulate large amounts of data effectively.
