Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a talented and motivated L2 Engineer to join leading Managed Services Provider. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Mixture of onsite and remote support.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Server management - install, configure and maintain (AD, File Servers, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Windows Amin Centre).
• Network Administration - manage computer networks (Cisco, VMware VSphere/ESXi, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
• Experience working with routers, switches, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience in AD, MS Windows Servers, MS Exchange Servers.
• Experience in MS Office365 solutions.
• Experience working with cloud technology and solutions (Azure).
• Self motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision.
• Strong work ethics, initiative and troubleshooting skills.
