The Role:
Key Requirements:
- Experience in information management platforms and databases (Edumate /Oliver/ SCIS)
- Proficiency across a range of IT platforms and applications (MS Office/ G-suite)
- Experience in a library or school environment (desirable, not essential)
- Knowledge and interest in children's literature and young adult fiction
- Excellent communication skills, capacity for research and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people (students, staff, parents, community, booksellers, consultants)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive
- Relevant qualification in Library and Information services (not essential)
Position Details:
This is a permanent Part time (term only position) 0.6 FTE
There may be an opportunity to increase the load in the future, or to work in another capacity if additional load is desired for the preferred candidate.
