Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting lending services, shelving materials, and maintaining resources
  • Providing an excellent customer experience
  • Engaging with customers using technology and digital collections
  • Assisting with library programs, events, and promotions
Your ProfileAre you passionate about public libraries and customer service? We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Currently undertaking or completed study towards a Library & Information qualification or equivalent
  • Enthusiasm for community-centred work
  • Strong customer service skills and a willingness to engage with the public
  • Proficiency in computer applications and emerging technologies
  • Working With Children Check

  • Package: $57,703 - $61,162 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation (Salary paid pro-rated to part time hours worked).
  • Hours of work: Full Time & Part Time, Temporary and Permanent opportunities available. Applicants must be available work a range of shifts across a 7 day spread, between the hours of 8:00am -9:00pm to support the operational requirements of the libraries.
