SalaryClub Manager - Licensed Club Manager
The Club has TAB, Pokies, Bar, Bistro, and Keno facilities. The R.A.O.B. Club (Darwin) Inc. T/A the Buff Club is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person to the role of Club Manager. To be considered for the role you will be required to fulfill all of the regular duties of a Licensed Club Manager. The successful candidate will possess sound business and operational skills acquired from previous experience in a similar role. You will be familiar with the requirements of a licensed venue, in particular those relating to compliance and legislative issues along with general club management practices.
These include:
Financial Management, Reporting and Accountability (Essential)
Human Resources Management
Marketing and Promotions
Poker machines, TAB and KENO
Knowledge of Grant Application requirements and acquittals
Reporting to and working with a Management Committee
Overseeing a high level of customer service
Memberships
Proven high level of computer skills
Experience with MYOB or willingness to learn
Must hold the relevant RSA, RCG, and NT Gaming License as requirements of this position.
