Licensee, Senior Duty Manager & Duty Managers Needed - Full Time Roles

We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Licensee, Senior Duty Manager and Duty Managers to join our group. We own and operate well-presented upmarket venues and we're looking for go-getters who will bring energy and enthusiasm to everything they do. Maturity and drive are required along with a front of house focus and the ability to connect with your customers and team. 

Sound of interest? Then you should – 

• Have Sydney pub experience at either Licensee, Senior Duty Manager or Duty Manager level (depending on which role you are applying for) with a background operating multiple bars, food, gaming, tab, entertainment and functions. 
• Strong financial acumen across all aspects of a venue, inclusive of reporting and cash handling
• Ensure sound operation of venue across opening, mid and closing shifts, inclusive of the adherence to policies and procedures
• An excellent track record of compliance and relationship management 
• Experience in managing, directing, leading, motivating and training a team
• Ability to build and foster a strong positive team culture
• Attention to detail across all facets of the venue
• Maintain venue maintenance, POS systems and procedures for stock ordering, rotation and stocktakes
• Experience in maintaining supplier and vendor relationships
• Be available to work on a rotating roster, including weekends. 
• Have full rights to work in Australia

• Have strong product knowledge inclusive of craft beer
