NINETEEN Hunter Valley is a venue in the Hunter Valley. With a Bistro, Sports Bar and Beer Garden we are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Duty Managers to help lead the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervising a fun and energetic team of Food and Beverage staff
- Assist in the creation and execution of memorable events for our guests
- Receiving and coordinating restaurant reservations
- Assist in providing training and guidance to develop team members
- Create a friendly and welcoming culture for all staff
To be successful for this position, applicants should have the following attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Lead with a hands-on approach
- Have effective time management skills
- Experience with supervising a team in a busy restaurant/bar facility
- Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
- A NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
