Partnering closely with major retailers, L creates programs that generate real customer loyalty - the most powerful differentiator in a mature market. As the result of a recent international transfer, there is a new opportunity for a passionate new "founder" to join this unique & rapidly-growing business.
Role
Based in the Sydney CBD and reporting directly to the Founder & General Manager, the Licensing & Campaign Manager will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with an exciting portfolio of high-profile customers and brand partners including Disney, Harry Potter, Curtis Stone, Smurfs. You will manage the annual calendar of programs, utilising your unique creative flair to ensure effective storytelling and connection to core brand values.
Key focuses of the role will include:
- Creative Solution Development: Build storytelling, creative ideas and community programs, connecting to values of brands and retailers, utilising insights and consumer trends, and ultimately meeting retailer objectives and KPIs.
- Sales & Campaigns: Understand stakeholder objectives to build effective marketing activities, identify possible gaps & opportunities, and oversee all promotional assets across print, TVCs, POS, media, websites, apps, gamification, etc.
- Global Marketing Strategies: Build creative case studies for all ANZ campaigns to showcase across global markets and clients including insights, campaign specifics, results and retailer strategy.
The ideal candidate will be entreprenurial, strategic and creative. Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Marketing Agency businesses, with strong commercial acumen, will be beneficial for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate will have an inate ability to multitask and communicate comfortably with various stakeholders, to gain influence and build trust. You will also have strong passion for licensing and the latest brand/design trends.
