Role Overview
As a Life InsuranceSales Specialist, you will:
- Engage in in-depth, needs-based conversations with clients to help them understand their Life Insurance needs.
- Offer general advice and information on Life Insurance, Income Protection, Trauma, and TPD products without face-to-face interactions.
- Utilise a general advice model, focusing on educating clients to make informed decisions based on their needs.

Skills and Experience

- General Advice Model Knowledge: Understanding of the general advice model is crucial. This model involves helping clients by providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their insurance needs. This may include providing technical and product information or advice on policy terms, conditions, exclusions and prices.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to conduct effective, needs-based conversations and to educate clients on insurance products over the phone.
