What You Will be Doing

• Streamline the Customer Lifecycle to drive member growth & value.
• Mastermind engaging campaigns, maximize lifetime value, and skyrocket loyalty across all channels.
• Strategic campaigns: From concept to execution, driving engagement across the customer journey. Craft data-driven campaigns & segmentations for laser-targeted impact.
• Data-driven insights: Leverage audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimize programs and personalize loyalty experiences.
• Seamless collaboration: Partner with all internal teams (Marketing, IT, Sales) to deliver impactful CRM and loyalty strategies.
• Scalable results: Continuously measure, analyse, and refine campaigns for maximized customer value and retention.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing communications are legal and brand compliant, that sign off processes are adhered to

About You

• Bachelor's in communication, digital marketing, or similar, and 2 to 4 years of experience building captivating campaigns.
• Data wizard: Love analysing audience segments, extracting insights, and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Campaign maestro: Juggling multi-channel campaigns with confidence, proven success in email, SMS, and direct marketing.
• MarTech maestro: Fluent in Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Bonus points for Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio!
• Problem-solver extraordinaire: Sharp mind that tackles roadblocks and turns data into opportunities.
• Independent operator: Self-motivated and confident, thriving with autonomy and collaboration.
• Stakeholder whisperer: Possess exceptional management skills to navigate diverse needs and drive alignment.
• Visionary go-getter: "Can-do" attitude with a hunger to explore new frontiers and unlock commercial potential.
