To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within an aged care environment
- Demonstrated experience and a genuine desire to support and engage with Residents living with mental health and/or dementia
- Experience in planning, coordinating and evaluating lifestyle programs
- A strong work ethic along with a sense of fun
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar
- Current NDIS & Criminal History check or willing to obtain

- Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle qualifications or equivalent
