The Role
- Working alongside one of our leading Sales Agents.
- Attending and managing out of office appointments e.g. photoshoots, building and pest inspections, pre-settlement inspections.
- Manage the exchange to settlement period between vendor, buyers, solicitors and internal departments.
- Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations, including researching local market.
- Compiling campaign reports for vendors.
- Administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process – including vendor management and update client database when required.
Requirements
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Flawless organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask a high volume, fast paced workload
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
- Has proficient computer skills
- Experience with Social Media Marketing
- Previous experience in Real Estate is advantageous
- Available to work flexible hours when required
- Exceptional customer service for our clients
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Holds a current drivers licence
- Holds a certificate of registration in real estate or willingness to undertake
- Willingness to undertake real estate traineeship
