LIFESTYLE BRANDS is one of Australia's leading home decor marketers. We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our business, on a part-time basis, 15-20 hours per week, working remotely.
MAIN DUTIES:
- The prime responsibility is to complete Lifestyle Brands related tasks.
- Coordinate and carry out all office administration including learning systems and processes and then guiding and assisting vendors and immediate team with all relevant SAP processes including: loading new lines (building records in the system), making changes to records as required, communication to key stakeholders etc. via email, in-person within the office or by phone or mail.
- Assisting with coordination and communication of promotional and advertised lines, maximizing opportunities for its strategic partner, Lifestyle Brands.
- Sales reports to vendors as determined by the Buyer or Merchandise Assistant
- Develop and maintain a working partnership with strategic partner to achieve goals.
- Develop an understanding of the Lifestyle Brands merchandiser team and provide support with both communication and store issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in clerical work or business administration that includes Excel, Google spreadsheets or similar desired but not essential
- SAP operating system experience desired but not essential
- Good to strong verbal and written communication
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures with some basic process guidelines
- Team player with a strong work ethic
