- Regional Lifestyle Manager who is there to offer support and guidance to you at all times
The Facility
- Based in the Gladesville area, there is on-site parking and easily accessbile via public transport
- The experienced Facility Manager describes this as one of the happiest and upbeat environments she has every worked in!
- 100 beds - generous staffing structure. There are two Lifestyle Assistants that you will oversee, lead and inspire
- Approachable Facility Manager who is ensuring a well-run Aged Care facility. This manager is looking for a Lifestye Coordinator who is creative and wants to do exciting things across the lifestyle program
- The perfect outcome would be to have a confident Lifestyle Coordinator who can quickly build the trust of residents and relatives
The Role
- Lifestyle Coordinator overseeing two Lifestyle Assistants
- Main duties are to develop, plan and implement lifestyle activities and programswhilst leading teh Lifestyle team
- Requires your solid experience wiith the confidence to take control of the team and ensure the best outcomes for residents
- A great program in place but eager for someone to bring creativity, bold ideas and amazing new activities
What about YOU?
- Relevant qualfications such as Cert 4 in Leisure in Lifestyle (however other qualsfications will be considered)
- This role is open to recent Leisure & Lifestyle graduates who have gained solid experience during studies
- You will have the confidence to take charge of a Lifestyle team within a decent size Aged Care facility
- That drive to make a real difference. Can you turn this facility into a thriving hub for the local community?
- Organsations and time management skills a must
