About the company
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as a QSR Cafe Store Manager in our Frankston location. We are a well established and beloved franchise, known for our delicious coffes and freshly baked goods. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the business.
About the role:
As the QSR Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and success of your store. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent high-quality products, exceptional customer service and efficient operations are executed. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, managing a team effectively, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
What you'll bring to the role
- 5 years proven experience in a similar role desirable.
- Previous experience with profit and loss statements, managing COGS, sales targets and rostering to budgets
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for training, developing and motivating team members.
- High attention to detail
- Problem & conflict resolution skills
- Be available to work across a total of 38hrs on weekdays and weekends.
- Experience in leading a team
- Coffee/Barista experience essential
- Experience with high volume.
- Business acumen
- Great attitude ,positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, demonstrates leadership
