Are you an experienced Lifestyle and Event Coordinator or a dedicated Diversional Therapist seeking a rewarding career opportunity?

We are currently supporting a client in seeking a dynamic individual to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you thrive in a supportive environment and are passionate about enhancing the lives of others, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with residents, families, and dedicated operational and clinical teams.
• Create and execute engaging lifestyle programs that promote social, cultural, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Coordinate a variety of activities both within and outside the home.
• Lead a small team with enthusiasm and dedication.
• Manage and oversee budget allocation for lifestyle initiatives.

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, Leisure and Health, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to organize and execute events and programs.
• Creative thinking skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Up-to-date immunization and willingness to undergo a police check.
