Job Description:
As the Lifestyle Coordinator you will be designing and implementing programs that enhance aged care resident's social, mental, and physical well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Offer aged care residents choices and new experiences.
- Encourage relearning of skills and boost self-esteem
- Improve aged care resident's quality of life.
- Develop, maintain, and assess activity plans.
- Report any changes in resident's status to the Clinical Services Coordinator
- Collaborate with the team to deliver effective health services.
- Participate in performance appraisals and development activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as working as a Lifestyle Coordinator.
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
