About the position:

Our client is looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their vibrant Townsville CBD office. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, recognising the importance of balancing work with personal life. Hybrid working options are available to enhance work-life balance. You will handle a variety of disputes, providing expert legal representation and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent corporate and individual clients in a range of commercial and non-commercial disputes
• Appear in court, including for interlocutory applications
• Draft legal documents such as letters, claims, defences, applications, and affidavits

Key Requirements:

• Admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Qld
• Experience in litigation
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
