Instantly recognised and one of Australia’s most renowned retailers servicing the photographic industry, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join the Georges Cameras Phone Sales and Live Chat team!
Our Live Chat team works on-site in our CBD store. We work together to deliver a warm and inviting experience for all customers, in store and remotely across Australia.
You will need a passion for photography and/or videography and experience in retail and customer service, as well as a high attention to detail.
Locations available in Sydney CBD and Chatswood.
Successful candidates will also need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both online & phone based customer service/sales.
- An understanding of photography and/or videography with a background in customer service and retail.
- A focus on finding the right solutions for customers.
- Solid work ethic, with the ability to work in a team.
- If you think you have these skills and personal qualities we would love to hear from you! As our store is open 7 days a week, some flexibility in working hours is required and full-time staff will be preferred.
