Job Summary:
As an Appointment Setter Lead Generation Sales Development Specialist at New Online Road, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads and setting appointments with potential clients. You'll work closely with senior business growth management to initiate contact, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to directly impact the success of our digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the expansion of our client base.
The Role:
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries and verticals.
- Utilise various channels to engage prospects and generate interest in New Online Road's digital marketing services.
- Appointment Setting:
- COLD CALLING APPOINTMENT SETTING ROLE
- Initiate 100-150 outbound calls to prospects, introducing New Online Road's services and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for senior business growth management, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior business growth management to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Provide regular updates on lead pipeline, appointments scheduled, and overall progress towards sales targets.
- Communication and Follow-Up:
- Effectively communicate New Online Road's value proposition and service offerings to prospects.
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
- Generate reports and insights on lead generation activities, appointment conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2 years proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or Sales Development roles, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Requirements:
