Job Description:Living Support Manager- HeathcoteWe are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.We have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent part-time (3 days per week) Living Support Manager to join our dynamic team at St Vincent’s Care Services Heathcote. St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote (locally known as John Paul Village) is a 213 bed facility located 35km from Sydney's CBD. It is situated next to the Royal National Park, one of Sydney's real treasures!The Living Support Manager will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member the Senior Leadership Team. The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with other members of the senior team whilst leading and guiding the Living Support Team to support our residents by providing daily personal care enabling residents’ choices and preferences through daily lifestyle activities.To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about providing care that is sensitive to individual resident needs and preferences – care that is kind, compassionate and embraces all aspects of individualised care and choice. You need to have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills and have the ability to inspire those around you to go the extra distance to provide the best of care, care that is from the heart.
