Credit Home Loan Liaison Officer
We are a boutique Peer-to-peer lender based in Southport on the Gold Coast that is in the market for a Loan Processing Officer, you will work with new and existing clients to provide financial lending solutions and outstanding client services.
As a Credit Home Loan Liaison Officer, you will be required to commit to the following primary duties.
- Maintain the company CRM, ensuring it is up to date and accurate at all times.
- Be the initial point of contact for our diverse range of clients and maintain excellent customer service.
- Assist our loan writers in the end-to-end process of loan files.
We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications and experience.
- Experience in the Industry
- Cert IV in Finance
- An accounting background.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient IT Skills
- PEXA knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Applications
- Management of supporting documentation
- Liaising with Solicitors, Accountants and appropriate third parties to ensure timely settlements.
- Loading Loans through or CRM System
- Preparing all loans for submission
- Customer Enquires
