We are looking for an experienced Administration/Client Liaison Officer to join our established construction company. As a market leader in the region we are looking to continually improve by adding this new and exciting role to our company.

THE ROLE
As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be the friendly face and primary point of contact for valued clients. With a focus on construction and general administration services your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinating and scheduling construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Assisting with general administration duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
What the Job looks like:
- 8.30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm Friday
- Average 37.5 Hours Per Week
- 65K to 70K Per Annum (Plus performance bonus and staff discount incentives)
- No weekends!

Key aspects of this role include:
Administration:
- Entering Client data & appointments
- Assisting with reporting to management
- Assisting accounts in entering invoices and payments
Client Liaison/Sales Support:
- Maintaining effective relationship with clients through ongoing support and contact throughout the build process
- Good phone manner
- Assisting clients with variations, queries and stage inspections throughout the build
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience and demonstrated ability to fit both role requirements well.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work towards the company objective
- Customer service superstar
- Great time managements skills and organisation
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Understanding or previous experience in the industry will be highly regarded
- The ability to be flexible and dynamic with tasks and pace
- Please note: There is a need on occasion for client calls to be made after 6:30pm and before 8pm, Mon to Thursday Only - These calls can be done from home if efficient.
