Skill360 is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), offering an extensive range of training and employment services throughout Queensland, including apprenticeships and traineeships, nationally accredited qualifications, short courses, pre-apprenticeship programs, recognition of prior learning (RPL), recruitment services and mentoring.
About the role...
The primary purpose of this position is to establish a professional working relationship with participants attending The BUSY Group’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work programs. In addition, promote the concept of Group Training to potential host employers, job seekers and the community in general. This role will involve providing training supports and contributing to the delivery and development of safe, creative and varied programs suited to the needs of participants while ensuring their safety, security and supervision. Also being responsible for supporting trainees through to the successful completion of an apprenticeship or traineeship in accordance with training contracts and adhering to government legislation and GTO standards.
This role is full time, fixed term until December 2024 with possibility of extension based out of our Shailer Park office.

A bit about you...
- Excellent customer and client interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
- Valid open Drivers’ Licence
- Desirable community services experience or industry experience
- Have the ability to support local partners and job seekers
- Desirable experience to project management
