The Role:
Our client is looking for a talented and dynamic Loan Processor/Finance Administrator to join their close-knit team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage loans. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating financial information and documentation to enable seamless transactions.
Duties:
Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to gather and organize necessary documentation for loan applications.
Conduct thorough analyses of financial data to assess applicant eligibility and loan viability.
Prepare accurate and compliant loan files in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain open communication with clients to provide updates on loan progress and address any inquiries.
Liaise with underwriters, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan approvals.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate for a smooth transition to the closing and funding stages.
About You:
Previous experience in mortgage loan processing or related financial roles.
Proficiency in loan origination software and the MS Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
