Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to support our project delivery team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions and project support activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project delivery team, enhancing project workflow and delivery, directly reporting to the Project Managers
- Support the project team with travel and mobilisation, including managing inductions, booking flights and accommodation
- Maintain training records and ensure site personnel are cleared, compliant and handling team tickets and licenses on a regular basis
- Raise purchase orders and source quotes, liaising with clients to ensure seamless project operations.
- Prepare and issue reports, ensuring all project information and documentation is timely and accurate as part of our Quality Assurance
- Work autonomously with confidence, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills.
- Multitask effectively and uphold site safety protocols.
- Handle other ad-hoc project duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator, preferably in the Mining or Construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of working autonomously and within a team.

Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible working hours available.
