The role:
Based in our Wollongong head office (with some WFH hours possible), as a Loans Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of loans post settlement. You will be responsible for a range of duties, including loan servicing, branch support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure compliance with loan terms and conditions.
- Mortgage Registration and associated tasks.
- Calculation of loan payout figures.
- Processing of Mortgage discharges.
- Process changes to existing contracts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitoring and actioning of security register.
- Liaise with solicitors as required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in loan administration or related role.
- Strong understanding of loan servicing processes and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Formal qualification in a relevant field desirable.
