About the role
- Develop and implement Local Areas marketing strategies tailored to the individual needs of the franchisee
- Collaborate closely with the franchise owners to understand their business goals and provide expert guidance on marketing initiatives
- Create targeted marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate the production of marketing material
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders
- Liaise with internal stakeholders - Studio/Art/Creative teams
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance metrics
- Take ownership and manage the online marketing portal that is exclusively accessible to agency clients
- This role will suit someone who has experience in a similar role. You could be coming from an agency or an in-house role. You may have previously worked in this space but have moved into another area of marketing. This is not a role you should see as a 'step back' as it is a key role working for a significant brand and there is a lot of scope to do some great things within the role
- You have a strong client focus and genuinely desire to achieve a successful and positive outcome for your clients
- The ability to listen and understand the needs of others
- You know how to create compelling marketing ideas and content and can engage and target a specific audience
- You have immense enthusiasm for seeing things through to completion. Not only are you great at coming up with clever ideas but you have the drive and self motivation to see projects through to completion
- You have impeccable organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
