About the role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Specialist - Social & Content is a newly created position in a tight knit team of 3.
The ideal candidate has a passion of design / architecture, and will be confident developing and executing the content and social media strategy for the business aligned with the overarching business & marketing objectives.
You will be focused on:
- Developing content & social media strategy for the business
- Using your initiative, experience, and market knowledge to create engaging content for social media platforms inc infographics, reels, and gifs
- Managing & interacting on social channels in line with brand tone of voice and positioning
- Monitoring social media campaigns & analytics
- Taking ownership of the company website and ay required updates
- Writing key internal & external communications
- Planning & co-ordination of high-end architectural & interior photo shoots
- 4yrs experience in a social media and content focused role with a strong focus on delivering high quality content
- Experience developing, and implementing social media strategy
- Excellent writing, proofing, and content creation skills
- Confidence analysing and reporting on content performance, using insights to improve future strategy
- Highly visual, with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, creative thinker, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, Communications or a related field
- Own a car, and able to drive to work and occasional site visits for content creation
