We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional person to manage and run two of our Southside locations within our Brisbane franchise territory.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the locations, including business development, team motivation and customer service.
You will need to effectively manage fleet levels and team member rostering to meet customer demand.
A salary package will be negotiated ($65,000 - $75,000) plus a company vehicle will be provided subject to experience and qualifications held.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Be able to motivate staff and create a team environment
- Be highly organised
- Have strong negotiating skills
- Have excellent presentation and communication
- Be able to work to targets
- Hold a current drivers licence (MR – HR preferred, not mandatory)
Tasks and Engagement in the role:
- Lead your team and display a “Can Do” spirit
- Promote the various products and services
- Drive vehicles as required
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with other branch managers with in the territory
Candidates that have prior car rental, transport or sales experience who are looking to take the next step are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in the rental industry is not necessary but will be well regarded.
