About the roleReporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will provide leadership and coaching to the Business Development Executives (BDEs) across QLD, ACT & NSW. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining strong commercial relationships and overseeing the effective implementation of our key trading partners’ plans.Note: This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney
- Lead the team to deliver key commercial metrics in line with company strategy through:
+ Clear communication and continued focus on company priorities.
+ Support in building strong commercial relationships and customer plans.
+ Ongoing support to identify and address individual capability needs.
- Work cross functionally to deliver on mutually agreed priorities.
About youWe're seeking a sales leader with solid industry experience, ideally coupled with a business degree. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and networks and feel confident delivering in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and addressing demanding customer needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team performance management and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload.
- Familiarity with remote team management is advantageous.
