HP3 or HP4 Occupational Therapist required for locum with remote health service based in South West Queensland, approximately five hours drive from Brisbane. You will join an allied health team of 25 and cover a varied caseload including:
- High percentage of inpatient work including sub-acute bed, where they offer slower stream rehabilitation services (often step down). This is a mix of ortho, neuro, complex discharge planning etc
- Community based adults (including home assessment, equipment prescription, cognitive assessment etc)
- Hands (including a fracture clinic which is coordinated by a visiting orthopaedic surgeon)
- Vascular oedema
- Paediatrics (more on community based patients)
- Experience with hand therapy and/or paeds experience preferred
