- Responsible of warehousing and distribution management by driving operations efficiency & cost effectiveness.
- Managed and work closely with internal vendor and external vendors to meet end to end Inbound & Outbound, and ensuring relevant documentations are on time to avoid any impact on customers satisfaction
- Established collaboration with internal and external provider, to ensure high standards of services being provided in the areas of on-time & accuracy of services
- Responsible to monitor activities of shipment profiles from plants to storage, shipment clearance to avoid failures or late deliveries
- Responsible to explore and initiate i2i (ideas + innovation) which leads to opportunities to close gaps and cost savings.
- Responsible for inventory management such as transactions or movements in the system, reconciliation of stocks, and write-off on timely manner to perform cycle-count, stock-take, and reconciliation
- Analyzed inventory requirement, and prepare Monthly Stock replenishment.
- Responsible of Inventory Management end to end
- Driving the W&D cost budget estimates and managing 3PL cost pertaining to warehousing and transportation in line with the budgets
- Strong knowledge of Excel, and MS is essential
- Possess good interpersonal skills, with team player spirit
- Ability to work independently, organized, and good time management with tight timescales
