The Opportunity
An amazing opportunity to join our iconic brand working with our Shepperton finance team. This position although located in our head office in North Strathfield will support the Shepperton Finance and Corporate teams prepare, process and report manufacturing variances, cost reports, and act as a key finance support across the site, you will be Responsible for Campbells Logistics Finance and Corporate Capital.
The Accountabilities
- Analyse and communicate to the business Shepparton site Operational performance trends
- Business partnering to understand drivers of Manufacturing Yields and Direct Labour variances
- Perform SAP functions to formally close out manufacturing process orders
- Support in the preparation of monthly management reports including Profit and Loss statements
- Finance Lead for Campbells Logistics, lead analysis and reporting accuracy
The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Tertiary qualified
- Proven of 2 years’ at a minimum working experience in data driven insights (analytics) and/or process optimisation
- Experience in FMCG with SAP or large mainframe systems
- Exposure to process improvement and change management
- Strong Attention to detail
