An opening exists for an Export Administration Officer to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.
About your new role
As an Administration Assistant - Export you will be responsible for all administration functions to support the Export Team including, invoicing, data entry and other admin duties associated with this role. This is a full-time ongoing role, based in Lidcombe.

What are the role responsibilities?
This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:
- Answering any inbound export calls and allocating the call appropriately
- Administrate Invoicing
- Administrate sales confirmations and purchase orders;
- Data entry into spreadsheets and other software platforms;
- Book meeting rooms when required;
- Set up video conferencing and projectors for meetings;
- Organise catering as required;
- Assist the Export team with admin tasks when required;
- Complete office tasks including filing, scanning, printing etc as directed;
- Ad hoc duties as directed.
Who we are looking for?
This opportunity would suit an experienced Administration Specialist. What we need from you is:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in excel, word and outlook
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to follow daily schedule and prioritise tasks effectively
